Making the global insurance industry more inclusive.

The Insurance Inclusion Networks support and promote collaboration and connections across the insurance sector. We develop initiatives, host events, and share best practice guidance around EDI within and beyond the London insurance market, across the UK, and internationally. We do this by:

• Engaging our large membership and supporter base – driving engagement with more insurance professionals around EDI.

• Raising awareness of EDI and the Insurance Inclusion Networks with a broader and diverse base of insurance professionals.

• Helping to create and share best practice around particular areas of EDI that are the focus of the industry, society, regulators, professionals, and prospective talent.

• Working together as a collective to focus on wider inclusion, breaking silos to create better engagement and understanding across diversity strands.
