We are six free-to-join and volunteer-led EDI networks operating across the insurance industry and aligned businesses, working to drive positive change in the insurance industry across the London Market, UK, and globally.

Link ‘s mission is to make the insurance industry the employer of choice for the LGBTQ+ community. We support the attraction and development of LGBTQ+ talent into, and within, the insurance industry by engaging and collaborating with market participants, the LGBTQ+ community, and diversity networks to drive inclusion and acceptance within the workplace.

iCAN is the first industry-wide, independent, not-for-profit network that focuses on multicultural inclusion and career progression across the insurance sector. Our mission is to drive equality, increase access to opportunities, create impactful change, engage with allies, and celebrate the benefits of inclusion and diversity in the industry.

DAWN’s mission is to help people thrive by providing a support network for mental ill health and disability within the insurance sector.

Its focus is on promoting well-being and proactive personal resilience, encouraging open discussions about how to improve mental health and disability inclusion.

The Next Generation Insurance Network (NGIN) offers professionals who consider themselves to be the next generation of leaders the chance to develop the key skills they need for a fulfilling career in insurance.

The Gender Inclusion Network for Insurance aims to leverage diversity and inclusion to produce tangible business results that drive cultural change. Membership is open to everyone across the insurance industry who want to take positive action to improve the gender balance within the industry.

The IFN connect and supportd working parents and carers, sharing best practice in the area of parental and family leave and support and raising awareness around key topics such as neurodiversity, work life balance, age inclusion and support for working dads.
